At MegaKfood, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our products; therefore, we accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food products or temperature-sensitive items.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to initiate the request.
- 2.Wait for Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our safety standards for return.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the unopened items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send them back.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect the returned goods at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
